Wagner K9 School was founded in 1975 in Wingate, North Carolina. What began as a small family operation has grown into one of the most respected dog training schools in the Charlotte metro area — with over 5,000 dogs trained and countless families transformed.

Our approach has always been the same: treat every dog as an individual, use proven techniques that produce lasting results, and support the entire family through the training process. We don't believe in quick fixes or gimmicks — just real training that works.

Located on our training facility in Wingate, NC, we serve clients from Charlotte, Monroe, Matthews, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, and communities throughout the region. Our board & train program is the cornerstone of what we do — your dog lives with us, trains every day, and comes home a transformed companion.
